WHAT WE OFFER
Our Practice
We exclusively represent clients seeking out-of-court resolutions to their family law disputes, utilizing mediation and collaborative approaches. We focus on alternative dispute resolution methods because they offer benefits to our clients and their families that are not available through a court process.
Mediation is a process in which I work with the parties to a dispute and help them reach an agreement. The parties may be in any stage of a family law matter. They may be trying to work out only one issue, or they may need help with many complex issues.
Collaborative Practice is a voluntary dispute resolution process in which parties settle without resorting to the traditional adversarial court process. A primary focus of the collaborative process is to create more respectful and effective ongoing relationships within the restructured family.
